Some do’s and Don’ts 1. We know (from experience) how hard it is to keep dogs away from the furniture (or is it just our dogs?) If possible, please cover the sofas. Out of respect to us and other guests, PLEASE don’t allow the dog on the beds; 2. Dogs are not to be left on their own in the chalets under any circumstances! We know of cases where the RSPCA has been called and the dog removed. During the summer the chalets do get very hot. We are obliged by law to evict anyone how brakes this rule; 3. Dogs are not to be left in the sole care of young children; 4. Please clean up after your dog - respect the other guests and yourself. The park is putting a lot of effort into maintaining the public areas! 5. Please don’t let your dog off the lead in public areas - even if it is well trained. Some other guests on the park have taken offence in the past. Norfolk is a very ‘Doggie’ county and dogs are a plenty. Most beaches are open to dogs, except Great Yarmouth and a very small section of Gorleston beach. Remember - if you are out walking in the countryside don’t let your dog near livestock. There will be only one winner and it is NOT going to be the dog! Some National trust properties like Flebrigg Hall and Blickling Hall welcome dogs in their extensive gardens but request that you will not let them off the lead. |
