Here is some information we have put together to help you make your short break or holiday with us as easy and stress free as possible. You will find frequently asked questions and answers, our pet policy, and details on booking and paying for your holiday.

Do I need to bring my own bed linen?

We can provide linen for you at an extra cost, or you may bring your own. Our beds are 4'6'' double and 2'6'' single beds. Please let us know when booking if you wish us to provide linen for you and the cost will be added to your booking.

Do I need to bring towels?

Yes, please bring bath and hand towels.

Do I need to pay for Electricity?

Electricity is included in the booking price.

Is Wi-Fi Available?

There is no WiFi at the site. There is full mobile coverage.

What kitchen facilities are there?

All properties have electric hobs and ovens, fridges and microwaves. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery glassware and every pot, pan and utensil you would expect.

Do you accept pets?

We do allow 2 small dogs, there is however a charge of £25 per stay to cover the extra cleaning required. Please read and abide by our pet policy.

Do your holiday homes provide parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking.

Can we smoke in the holiday home?

No, all our holiday homes are strictly non-smoking.

Do the Holiday Homes have a garden?

There are large communal lawns outside the chalets, a lovely safe place for children to play in. You must not use this to exercise your dog however.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

There are a range of very well stocked convenience stores in Hemsby with everything you are likely to need for your holiday. If you would like a wider choice, there are supermarkets in Great Yarmouth such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Aldi and Lidl.

Can we check-in before 4pm?

Due to the time it takes to clean and check our holiday homes, it is not possible to gain access to your accommodation any earlier. Occasionally a chalet may be prepared earlier and we will always inform you of an earlier check in if this is the case.

Do we need to check out by 10am?

Yes, it takes a long time to clean and check the holiday homes and we need them and the parking spaces back for 10am.

Why do you take a damage deposit?

We understand that accidents can and do happen and whilst we do not charge for the odd broken glass or cup, the damage deposit is for any minor damage to the property or its contents, or to cover any additional cleaning costs which may be necessary. We ask you to leave the holiday homes in a clean and tidy condition.

How do I make a booking?

You may book through this web site, or via Holiday Lettings (Trip Adviser) or provisionally over the phone.

When is the balance for my holiday due?

The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commencement date.

Do you email all correspondence?

Yes that is our preference, but if you would like written confirmation please ask.

What if I need to cancel my holiday?

Please read our terms and conditions for our cancellation policy. We always recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
